Covid-19 information. Our priority is for everyone to be safe

In the context of the health crisis that we are going through, we feel it is important to let you know the measures that we take in our guesthouse in order to assure you of a safe and peaceful stay.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we have put in place all the necessary health measures. These measures are adapted to our line of work and recommended by the government and the WHO.

Fortunately we are a small guesthouse, with a limited number of guests, which naturally reduces the risks of contamination.

Be assured that we do all we can to welcome you in a serene atmosphere and to make your stay pleasant,

We welcome you with a mask, not to go to a ball (which we would have preferred), but to protect you, We are very sad to have to reduce physical contact with you, but of course we remain available to help you with all your needs.

Our entire guesthouse is scrupulously cleaned regularly. The communal areas are aired every day and hand sanitizer is provided.We pay special attention to the places which are touched frequently like door handles and light switches, which are disinfected daily. The floors are cleaned and disinfected with recommended products (antibacterial, fongicidal, virucidal and anti-microbacterial)

The bedrooms are also aired every day and soap is provided. All bed and bathroom linen is washed according to the health recommendations, at 60° with an organic washing detergent. Exceptionally this year, we leave you to make your bed and thank you for your support in this difficult context.
Everything which can not be washed is steam-cleaned ( sofa, cushions, curtains….)

Breakfast and the meals you order are served on individual tables in a room with enough space to be able to respect the safety distance. The work tops and kitchen equipment are cleaned and disinfected at the end of each service. The dishes are washed at a high temperature. If you wish to go out to discover our beautiful region, you can order a picnic lunch (15€ per person)

For hygienic reasons all the tourist information leaflets for general consultation are no longer available but we continue to tell you any information you need, and we can give you documents for your use only.

We must now have a large time range between each departure and arrival to be able to air and clean sufficiently in order to guarantee the safety of our guests, We have therefore had to adapt our schedule : the latest departure time is 10:30. Thank you for your understanding.

We offer more flexible cancellation conditions and if your stay becomes impossible due to the Covid-19 pandemic your deposit will be transformed into a credit note,
