House rules
Arrival time: between 4:30pm and 7:00pm. Departure time: before 10:30 am
We are unable to welcome you before 5pm.
We have a special rate available by prior arrangement (arrival at 3pm or departure at 1pm will be charged €30 to pay for staff who may be available to help out.
The layout of our house is not suitable for babies and children under 14. It is reserved only for adults and teenagers.
Access to the rooms is not adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Unfortunately we cannot accept furry 4-legged friends. Our dog Maya will be happy to console you !
Conditions of sale
These conditions of sale are intended for the exclusive use of the reservation of stays in guest rooms at L'Oréliane in Provence. The customer and the owner undertake to respect these conditions as soon as the reservation is confirmed.
The price of the room includes one or two people, breakfast included.
These reservation is made on our official website for any additionnal information do not hesitate to contact us by email or telephone. Payment for overnight stays is made by our reservation center one week before your arrived. For cash payments, please contact us. Extra are to be paid in cash, we do not have a bank terminal.
If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the owners reserve the right to claim 50% of the price of the reservation from the customer. If it occurs less than 30 days before the start of the stay, the amount claimed will be 100% of the price of the reservation.
Any shortened stay will charged stay in full.
To avoid these inconveniences take out cancellation insurance.
If you book for the wedding, we will only accept your booking from 3 night.
