General conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions of sale are intended exclusively for the booking of stays in guest rooms at L’Oréliane en Provence. The client and the owners agree to comply with these terms and conditions once the reservation is confirmed.

If you have booked your stay to attend a wedding, please inform us as early as possible so that we can agree on suitable arrival times. If your arrival is on the day of the wedding, please notify us as soon as possible.
Any arrival before the indicated time (4:30 PM) and/or departure after 10:30 AM will be charged between €30 and €60 or more depending on the number of hours.

Reservation
Our rates are lower than those offered on Booking, except when Booking provides you with a special rate.
The room price includes 1 to 2 guests with breakfast included. An additional guest is charged €35 per night.
Reservations must be made through our official website. For any additional information, please feel free to contact us.
The balance must be paid by bank transfer 21 days prior to arrival.
Extras must be paid in cash, as we do not have a card payment terminal. An ATM is located 100 meters from the house. We do not accept checks.
Holiday vouchers (Chèques Vacances) are accepted only for room payments; no extras can be paid using them.

Cancellation by the Client
In case of cancellation, the deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable.
If the cancellation occurs less than 21 days before the start of the stay, the owners reserve the right to charge 100% of the reservation amount.

In case of a shortened stay, the full cost of the accommodation remains due to the owner.
Any additional services consumed will also be charged.

L’Oréliane reserves the right to rebook any room cancelled outside the allowed timeframe to another guest without compensation to the initial client.

We may be able to postpone your stay, but only with a valid and justifiable reason.

Arrival Time
Guests must arrive on the day specified in the reservation between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM. We cannot accommodate arrivals before 4:30 PM.
If the guest wishes to arrive earlier (from 3:00 PM), a request must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The owner reserves the right to refuse. If accepted, a €30 fee will apply.

In case of late arrival, guests must inform the owner as soon as possible. After 9:00 PM, a €40 surcharge will be applied. No check-in is possible after 9:30 PM.

Departure Time
Guests must vacate the rooms by 10:30 AM at the latest.
If a later departure (up to 1:00 PM) is requested, it must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The owner reserves the right to refuse. If accepted, a €30 fee will apply.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8:30 AM and 9:30 AM in the dining room or on the terrace. Any additional request will be charged.

Children
Our house is not suitable for babies or children under 9 years old.
Guests are reminded that minors remain under the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians.
If a guest arrives with a child under 9 years old, we will not be able to accommodate them (the full balance will still be due). No refund will be granted in case of departure.

Pets
Pets are not allowed at L’Oréliane en Provence.
If a guest arrives with one or more animals (even small and well-behaved), refusal of access does not constitute a modification or cancellation of the contract by the owner. No refund will be granted.

Use of the Premises
Guests must respect the peaceful nature of the property.
L’Oréliane en Provence is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited in rooms and all indoor common areas. It is only allowed outdoors.

Swimming Pool
The pool is accessible from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Its use is under each guest’s responsibility. The safety feature is the lockable access gate.
Guests acknowledge that they fully release the owner from any liability in case of accident involving themselves, their family, or their friends. No compensation can be claimed.

Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning and maintenance may be carried out daily by the owner in the room(s) occupied by the guest. Cleaning is completed by 12:00 PM.
If you remain on the premises during the day, the room will not be serviced.

Liability
Guests must inform the establishment of any damage they cause.
They are responsible for all damages and agree to cover the costs of repairs for any damage to rooms or shared areas (including pool, jacuzzi, hammam, garden, lounge, sanitary facilities, billiards, artworks, etc.).

Force Majeure
L’Oréliane cannot be held liable for failure to fulfill the contract in the event of unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances (such as disruptions or strikes affecting electricity, transport, communication, radio/TV services, floods, fires, or other climatic events, or fuel price increases).

Our pets are not allowed at L’Oréliane en Provence. If the guest arrives with one or more pets (even small and friendly) on the day of arrival, refusal to accept pets cannot be considered a modification or breach of contract on the owner’s initiative. In the event of the guest’s departure, no refund will be considered.

Guests agree to fully release the owner from liability in the event of an accident occurring to themselves, their family, or their friends. In the event of an accident, no compensation can or will be claimed by the guest(s).
Housekeeping and Maintenance
Housekeeping and maintenance may be performed daily by the owner in the room(s) occupied by the guest. We finish cleaning at 12:00 p.m.
