General conditions of sale

These general terms and conditions of sale are intended exclusively for booking stays in guest rooms at L’Oréliane en Provence. The guest and the owners agree to abide by these general terms and conditions of sale once the reservation is confirmed.
If you have booked to attend a wedding, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can agree on a schedule. If your arrival is on the day of the wedding, please notify us as soon as possible. Thank you.
Arrival before the indicated time (i.e., 4:30 p.m.) OR departure after 10:30 a.m. will be charged €30 to €60, or more, depending on the number of hours.

Reservation
Our rates are lower than those on Booking.com, unless Booking.com offers a preferential rate. The room rate includes breakfast for 1 to 2 people. Additional guests are €40 per night.
Reservations can be made on our official website. For any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
The balance for overnight stays must be paid by bank transfer 21 days prior to your arrival.
Payment for extras must be made in cash; we do not have a bank terminal. An ATM is located 100 meters from the house. We do not accept checks.
Holiday vouchers: We only accept these for rooms; no extras will be cashed with them.

Cancellation by the guest
In the event of cancellation, the deposit paid at the time of booking will not be refunded.
If the cancellation occurs less than 22 days before the start of the stay, the owners reserve the right to claim 100% of the reservation price.
In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains entirely the property of the owner. Any additional services used will be due to the owners. Arrival Time
Guests must arrive on the day specified in the reservation between 4:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. We cannot check you in before 4:30 p.m. If the guest wishes to advance their arrival time to 3:00 p.m., they must request this 24 hours before arrival from the owner, who reserves the right to refuse. If approved, a €30 fee will be charged.
In the event of late arrival, the guest must notify the owner no earlier than 9:00 p.m.; a €40 surcharge will be charged. After 9:30 p.m., there will be no check-in.
Check-out Time
Guests must vacate their rooms by 10:30 a.m. at the latest. If the guest wishes to postpone their departure time beyond 10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., they must submit a request 24 hours in advance to the owner, who reserves the right to refuse. If approved, a €30 fee will be charged.
Breakfasts
Breakfasts are served between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. in the dining room or on the terrace. Any additional requests will be charged.
Children
Our house is not suitable for babies or children under 14 years of age. Guests are advised that minors are the sole and complete responsibility of their parents or guardians. If the guest arrives with a child under 12 years of age on the day of arrival, this cannot be considered a modification or termination of the contract initiated by the owner. In the event of the guest’s departure, no refund will be considered. Pets
Our pets are not allowed at L’Oréliane en Provence. If the guest arrives with one or more pets (even small and friendly) on the day of arrival, refusal to accept pets cannot be considered a modification or breach of contract on the owner’s initiative. In the event of the guest’s departure, no refund will be considered.
Use of the Premises
The guest must respect the peaceful nature of the premises.
L’Oréliane en Provence is a non-smoking property; smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited in the rooms and all common areas, except outdoors.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Its use is the responsibility of each guest; the access door is secured and locked. Guests agree to fully release the owner from liability in the event of an accident occurring to themselves, their family, or their friends. In the event of an accident, no compensation can or will be claimed by the guest(s).
Housekeeping and Maintenance
Housekeeping and maintenance may be performed daily by the owner in the room(s) occupied by the guest. We finish cleaning at 12:00 p.m.
